- Services and Installation
- Stratus Ceilings specializes in the supply and professional installation of stretch (tension) ceiling systems across North America.
- All installations are performed by our trained technicians or authorized partners. We do not offer DIY kits or self-installation services unless explicitly agreed in writing.
- Prerequisites for Installation: The installation site must be ready, including completed drywall or structural work, proper ventilation, electrical rough-ins (if lighting is included), and stable walls/ceilings. We may decline or delay work if site conditions are unsafe or unprepared. Additional preparation work (if required) may incur extra charges.
- Project Contracts: For any installation project valued over a certain amount (as required by applicable law), we will provide a detailed written contract. This contract will include project scope, materials, timeline, price, payment schedule, and any warranties. You must sign and return it before work begins.
- Changes and Extras: Any modifications to the agreed scope (change orders) must be in writing and may affect price and timeline.
- Payments and Deposits
- A deposit is typically required to secure materials and scheduling. The balance is due upon substantial completion or as specified in the contract.

- Our sole remedy under warranty is repair or replacement of the affected portion, at our discretion. We are not liable for consequential damages, loss of use, or indirect losses.
- No warranty is provided on existing site conditions or third-party work.
- Scheduling, Delays, and Completion
- Installation dates are estimates only and subject to material availability, weather (where applicable), site access, and other factors beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by you, other contractors, suppliers, or force majeure events (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, supply chain issues, government restrictions).
- Upon completion, you will have an opportunity to inspect the work. Any issues must be reported promptly in writing.
- Liability Limitations
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stratus Ceilings, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or our services.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific project or service in question.
- You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Website, provision of inaccurate site information, or failure to prepare the site properly.
- Privacy
